 1: Computer is an electronic machine which takes data through input devices then process and generates its result through output devices.

 2: Commonly operating machine particularly used for technical, educational and research.

3:    Computer takes data as input .  It stores the data in its memory and uses them when requires .It process           the data and convert it into useful information. I t generates the output of the given input by the users.


4:    High speed           Automation                     Reduction in paper work
      Accuracy            Storage capacity              Reduction in cost
      Versatility            Reliability
